DESCRIPTION:Each class will begin by centering and letting go of your day\,
  bringing your awareness into your own being. We will then warm up with a 
 Vinyasa Flow and settle into some stretching and breathe work. The session
  will end with a relaxation pose and a 5-minute meditation. Encouraging Fl

 our instructor: Fran Richmond completed an intensive Yoga Teacher/Training
  in Body\, Mind and Centering in 2005\, and has been teaching yoga ever si
 nce. She believes that each individual should experience their yoga practi
 ce at his/her own pace\, level\, and not seek to compete with others\, or 
 place unnecessary stress on one's body. It is important to view the experi
 ence as a yoga practice\, while focusing on the process of moving smoothly
