  peace from the inside out. How do we meet a chaotic world? We start by fi
 nding solid ground within ourselves. Join us for a monthly gathering to em
 body peace through Qigong—an ancient\, gentle movement practice designed t
 o clear stress and restore vitality. Through conscious breath\, mindful in
 tention\, and slow\, fluid movements\, we will invite deep relaxation and 
 harmony into every cell of our bodies. From this state of inner peace\, we
  connect our hearts together. Flowing as a coherent community\, we will ra
 diate our shared love\, compassion\, and peace out to a world longing for 
 healing. Modifications will be available for participation from a chair fo
 r those who wish to remain seated. All are welcome to attend\, no affiliat
 ion with Unity Center of Peace is necessary. This space is intentionally c
 ultivated to be inclusive\, identity-affirming\, and anti-oppressive\, hon
 oring diversity across all lived experiences. Whether you are an experienc
 ed practitioner or completely new to Qigong\, you are so welcome here. Ses
 sions happen on the 3rd Sunday of every month (no class in September). Lov

 tery of sacred embodiment. As a licensed Somatic Psychotherapist\, Qigong 
 instructor\, and the creator of Sacred Somatics\, her body of work is root
 ed in the truth that the body is not only capable of healing trauma\, but 
 is a portal for profound wisdom and transformation. She shares these pract
 ices through a private clinical practice\, as well as classes and retreats
  locally and internationally. Jessica is also the visionary behind a coope
 rative\, land-based\, yin healing community in North Carolina. Deeply comm
 itted to collective liberation\, Jessica intentionally cultivates safer\, 
 inclusive\, and identity-affirming spaces where every body belongs. Her wo
 rk is explicitly anti-oppressive\, honoring diversity across all lived exp
 eriences. As a guest and practitioner of ancient movement arts\, she walks
  with deep humility as a white\, cis woman—actively de-centering herself t

 The Unity Center of Peace Youth and Family Ministry (YFM) invites you to o
 ur Fall Family Movie Night on Friday\, October 16\, from 5:30–8:30 p.m. Jo
 in us for a special showing of Disney's Encanto (Sing-Along Version)!\nBri
 ng your singing voices as we follow the magical Madrigal family through th
 eir unforgettable adventure\, featuring all your favorite songs. Whether y
 ou know every lyric or are hearing them for the first time\, this interact
 ive movie experience is fun for kids and adults alike.\nWe encourage you t
 o bring camping or yoga mats\, pillows\, blankets\, and favorite stuffed a
 nimals to make the evening extra cozy.\nEvening Schedule\n\n5:30 p.m. – Do

 ardians are asked to remain for the evening. You're welcome to relax in ou
